Opportunities for All

We are committed to fostering and maintaining an accessible institution. Digital accessibility is a shared responsibility.

Every unit, every role and every contributor plays a part in creating accessible digital spaces that welcome and support all users, including those with disabilities.

April 2026 is the deadline to have all digital materials accessible.

Benefits of Accessibility
  1. It promotes full engagement of people with disabilities.
    • Accessible content ensures individuals with disabilities can navigate, understand and interact with digital materials independently and effectively, supporting equal access to education, services and opportunities.
  2. It’s required by law and supports proactive risk management.
    • Accessibility is a legal obligation under federal and state regulations. Addressing it early helps ֱ avoid compliance issues and demonstrate institutional responsibility.
  3. It improves usability for everyone.
    • Accessibility features often benefit all users — making content more readable, navigable and flexible. What’s accessible is often also user-friendly, mobile-friendly and family-friendly.
