Ellie Eidsness of Brookings will display her Bachelor of Fine Arts thesis exhibition in art education at South Dakota State University from Feb. 9-27.

Eidsness’ exhibition, titled “Whatever, Bro,” will include paintings, ceramic works, sculpture and prints. All of these works will showcase Eidsness’ journey through higher education in the artistic field.

A senior studio art-art education major, Eidsness is a 2022 graduate of Hot Springs High School. She is the daughter of Shannon Eidsness of Brookings.

The public exhibition will be on display in the Ritz Gallery of Grove Hall at SDSU, located south of the University Student Union between Mathews and Brown residence halls. Admission is free.

The Ritz Gallery hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed weekends and holidays). Parking is available in the union lot.
