Online learners often face unique challenges, from feeling disconnected to struggling with course expectations. In this session, we’ll explore common barriers to engagement in online learning environments and examine how learner feedback can be transformed into meaningful course improvements. Drawing on skills developed through the OICP, I’ll share practical strategies I’ve used to actively engage learners and strengthen instructor–student connection.
