Collect samples in sterile tubes. Freeze samples immediately after collection. Samples must remain cold, preferably frozen. Results will include enumeration of coliforms, Streptococcus agalactiae, non-agalactiae Streptococcus species, coagulase positive Staphylococcus species, and total Staphylococcus species. Antimicrobial susceptibility is not set up from bulk tank samples.
