Michael Kilber has extensive experience in campus safety, emergency response planning and played a central role in advancing the University Police Department’s accreditation standards. He came to SDSU in 1998 as a patrol officer and was later a patrol sergeant and a lieutenant prior to becoming deputy chief in 2007.
